Important Notice about the Phone Card Offer:
Thanks to everyone who responded to the offer!  All of the 2,000 phone cards were sent on September 17, 1999.  This offer is so successful that we are thinking of doing this again in the near future!  Brief History: The offer was posted on September 11, 1999, and it was immediately announced to all of our corporate and small business clients.  The supply of cards was depleted within the first three days.

Sorry to those who responded the offer after September 13, 1999.  Due to recent family issues of the chief webmaster, Paul Stan, Hurricane Floyd and its related fire, and our corporate restructuring, no one was able to change the site until October 5, 1999.  We deeply regretted for our oversight in requesting our public relations firm to stop announcing the offer to the general public two weeks later.
